ARL Global greater than the sum of its partsEstablished in 1991, ARL Global comprises of a group of companies fully owned by Bumiputera (indigenous people of the Malay archipelago)
Its main lines of activity include power generation, renewables (waste-to-energy), waste and terminal management, oil and gas delivery, and leisure and sports management businesses.
In the power division, ARL Power owns and operates a 50MW medium fuel oil power plant supplying electrical energy to Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB). ARL Janakuasa Letrik Sdn Bhd (ARLJL) is the operations and maintenance contractor (O&M) for the plant. Petrojadi spearheads the group’s hazardous waste management and thrust into waste-to-energy activities, while ARL Promotions Sdn Bhd manages its leisure and sporting events activities.
